Our institute is privileged to collaborate with Légion d'Honneur Club & La Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin organising a unique, exclusive & friendly Burgundy wine dinner at a lovely bistro hosted by our Honorary Member Dr.Henry Tang tasting his superb Burgundy wine collection.

Our President Mrs. Wendy Siu and our members expressed sincere thanks to his generosity and elegant hospitality. The evening was filled with happiness & great atmosphere like dining at a Parisian bistro, paying tribute to the spirit of our institute to promote friendship through cultural exchange, gastronomy & wine.
