Due to the typhoon on Sep 1, we have rescheduled the Burgundy Wine Dinner to Sep 27, specially organized for our VIP members and guests at the exclusive private club Carlyle & Co. at Rosewood Hotel at 7 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., hosted by Mrs. Wendy Siu, President of Les Lumières de Paris, Hong Kong Chapter, with Guest of Honor and honorary member, Dr. Henry Tang. We are privileged to have Dr. Henry Tang to share his wine collecting and tasting experience with our guests.

Over the course of the evening, you will be tasting the best premier cru, including vintages in magnum and jeroboam, specially selected by the wine experts at Burgundy Wine Society – Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin. The wines will be offered alongside deliciously crafted French cuisine particularly arranged by the Carlyle Club.

Cost includes a 5-courses dinner and rare vintages: price per member is HKD$2,800 and non-member guest is HKD$3,000 per person.
